New play from VULCÃO [criação e pesquisa cênica], still in its development, debates diversity representation within Virginia Woolf’s Orlando: A Biography. Its dramaturgy, build in a processual way, has been thought from theoretic studies about Woolf’s body of work and experimentations in rehearsal rooms since 2017. In this moments, propositioners Elisa Volpatto and Paulo Salvetti, together with director Vanessa Bruno, make up the work process opening, and, subsequently, they’ll receive guests to build a dialogue with the audience about the creation and the perception of the aforementioned piece – activity name [VULCÃO Talks]. The project Orlandx by Virginia Woolf motions a collective practice of empathy through the universal work from one of the most important feminists in the 20th century.
